Returns
Within 14 days of receipt you can register your orders for exchange or return by reporting this in writing to info@gardendelight.nl. After this notification you can return your orders within 14 days. Include the fully completed return form with the product to be returned. If the product meets the return conditions below, the entire order amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days.
Return conditions
- The items and packaging must not be used/damaged
- The items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Please send the package back to us in a sturdy box with sufficient postage (we cannot accept unstamped packages). If you choose to send it without track & trace (by post), the course of the shipment is at your own risk
- The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
- Garden Delight is not liable for damage caused during the shipping process
